Your Course Coordinator can help with the administrative logistics for course field trips. If your course is planning a field trip, please contact your Course Coordinator for assistance.
To inquire about funds for a class field trip, the course head must submit a Budget Request Form to the relevant Course Coordinator prior to making trip arrangements
If Gen Ed has approved your course’s field trip budget request, contact your Course Coordinator for assistance with:
- transportation arrangements (buses, vans, subway/bus, cabs, etc.)
- group ticket purchases (theater, museums, zoos, etc.)
Prior to your field trip, please collect a signed Consent Form from each participant for your records. We recommend that you set the due date for students’ submission of the form for three weeks in advance of your field trip as this helps with getting an accurate attendance estimate.
